📋 Candidate Requirements – To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work all shifts and mandatory
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, & 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Must be willing to execute tasks from elevated positions, including ladders, scaffolding, and motorized lifts.
• Screening: Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check

and drug screen.

• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing operations or production environment is highly preferred (Aviation/Composite experience is a plus!).
• Reliability: Must have a proven track record of punctuality and a strict commitment to safety standards.
