An initial deposit equal to 50% of the room rate and a signed contract are required to reserve your event date. Full payment is due 10 business days prior to the event.
- If canceled more than 60 calendar days before the event, the deposit may be refunded.
- If canceled before the tenth business day prior to the event, all rental fees minus the deposit will be refunded.
- If canceled within 10 business days, all fees will be forfeited.
Please call ahead to make an appointment prior to coming to our office.
The rented space will be available for occupancy beginning at 8:00 a.m. and must be vacated by 2:00 a.m. All guests must leave by 1:00 a.m. Renters and helpers restoring the facility to its original condition must be out by 2:00 a.m. Occupancy beyond these hours will incur an additional fee of $200 per hour.
Use of the facility for overnight accommodation is strictly prohibited.
No. All items you brought in must be removed from the facility by 2 a.m.

The round tables are 6 feet in diameter and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
The rectangle tables are 6’x2.5′ and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people (three on each side and one on each end).
If you are using table cloths for round tables, you can plan for 70″ to reach midway and 120″ to reach the floor.
If you are using table cloths for rectangle tables, you can plan for 90″x132″ to reach midway and 90″x156″ to reach the floor.
Yes. Clients are responsible for setting up their own tables and chairs. Civic Center staff will handle takedown after the event.
Any heavy equipment must be approved by the Civic Center Coordinator before arrival. Floor protection, such as carpet or cardboard, is required. The Civic Center does not provide forklifts or scissor lifts.
Yes, however NO alcohol may be served or consumed at any event that honors or celebrates a minor. This includes, but is not limited to, events celebrating a birthday, baptism, or graduation of a minor. Misrepresentation of the event type or violation of this policy will result in immediate event shutdown by law enforcement and forfeiture of all rental fees and deposits.
Liquor may be served provided the proper permit has been obtained in advance. No permit is required if only beer and unfortified wine will be served. Additional fees are charged for alcohol which include security as required by the venue. The security deposit also increases from half the total rental amount to the full rental amount if alcohol is served.
The sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited unless a One Time Special Use Permit (not a Limited Special Occasion Permit) is obtained in advance. This permit is only available for nonprofit & government agencies.
No glass bottles are permitted.
This is not allowed for safety reasons.

Yes. WIFI is available and no password is required to connect.

Use of stage lighting or the sound booth is available for an additional fee of $250 (Large Auditorium only).
The deposit is separate from the rental rate and will be refunded within 30 days after the event, provided the facility is left in good condition. The deposit may be prorated or withheld to cover damages, replacement costs, or additional cleaning. Processing may take longer than 30 days if expenses exceed the deposit, and the County reserves the right to bill for any additional costs. Returned checks are subject to a $36 fee.
A Civic Center staff member will arrive approximately one hour before your event and remain on duty until your departure. Staff will ensure access to reserved areas and assist as needed, but are not responsible for resetting tables, chairs before or during the event, or handling decorations. Please communicate any requests or emergencies to the staff member on duty.
All Civic Center personnel have full access to all areas of the building at all times.
Yes, however, decorations may not be stapled, tacked, nailed, or otherwise attached to walls or ceilings. Use of Command strips is permitted, provided they are removed carefully and without causing damage.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas using cigarette receptacles.
