Public Hearing Notice
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO announce the proposed Jones County Budget
for fiscal year 2025-2026 was delivered to the Board of County Commissioners on
April 30, 2025. A copy of the budget will be available for public inspection in the
County Manager’s office. The public may view a printed copy of the budget by
making an appointment. To make an appointment, please call the Clerk to the
Board at 252-448-7571. Workshops for the budget will begin on May 7, 2025, and
will continue through approximately May 30, 2025. A copy of the schedule for the
workshops will be available in the County Manager’s Office. A Public Hearing
will be held on June 2, 2025, at 7:00 pm in the County Commissioners’ meeting
room located at 110 S Market Street, Trenton, North Carolina 28585.
